New England to Newfoundland
Have you ever dreamed of sailing the magnificent coast of Maine in the summer ?
Why not make that dream come true?
You feel as if you are stepping back in time,
but still resting in the comfort of modern day
technology and amenities.

Earl and Bonnie MacKenzie spent eight winters chartering in the Caribbean from the Virgin Islands to Grenada. They will be chartering in New England from Newport to Maine for the summer/fall charter season.  Their season starts in June in Newport, sailing to the Vineyard, Cuttyhunk and Nantucket.  The last week of June they head to Maine where they charter until late September, when they return to Newport to offer late season charters in Narragansett Bay.

Trans-Atlantic Crossing
In May of 2005 Bonnie Lynn departed the Virgin Islands for the Azores, a group of islands some 800 miles west of Portugal. They spent two weeks exploring the islands before sailing on to Ireland. For two weeks they worked their way up the coast from Kinsale to Dublin and Belfast. From there they sailed through the Irish Sea to Scotland, where they spent the remainder of the summer. They explored the West Coast, the Inner Hebrides and the Caledonian Canal to Inverness. In September they returned to Ireland and immediately sailed to Cascais, Portugal. They sailed down the west coast of Portugal to the Algarve Region on the southwest coast. In October they set off for Madeira, then on to the Canaires and back to the Caribbean for the winter charter season. Charter guests, friends or family joined then in every country as well as the offshore passages. This eight month adventure is detailed in their most recent newsletter.  If you would like a copy, please email us and we will send you one..

Bonnie Lynn's homeport is Islesboro, an island located 3 miles off mid-coast Maine in Penobscot Bay. She sails the New England Coast, Nova Scotia and the offshore islands from June through September.
